I should have been more precise.  I meant to say "I only have
'/bin/berlin'."  I still have to use $PATH as you do, but the executable
is not called 'server', it is called 'berlin'.  That's what threw me.

BTW, this is really cool stuff.  Can't wait to dig into the code a bit.
