new modules and improvements

To keep everybody up-to-date:

I recently put a little work into the 0.4 branch.
I set the version to 0.4.1, which will be the next release.

As I already said in another thread, I finally replaced most inline
assembler code with nasm-style asm files (staticcolor, chroma, xfader,
imgarith, gradnorm). Now the same code is used both on win32 and linux/x86.

I added a chroma key module and a displacement module.

Further, I improved libgrid and fixed the tunnel module
(the artifacts are mostly gone now, parameters have been reordered,
~ new z-distance parameter, new very slow high quality mode).

I will merge the last changes into gephex--main--0.4 today and would
appreciate some testing of the changed stuff
(this includes planemodule and plasmamodule, because they use libgrid).
