new bug entries

I propose to add some more information to every new bug entry in bugzilla.
One thing I find very desireably is the information in which version
the bug occurs (i.e. the latest version that has this bug).

I have put a string like
  "Version: gephex--main--0.4--patch-1727"
into my new bug descriptions.

Also I think that we should put in the (first) version in which the bug 
has been fixed
when closing it.

Suggestions for more fields that should go into every bug report?
