prototype

I suggest to plan a prototype of gephex-0.5. It would really be good to 
have some kind
of simple GUI and proof of concept video input/output server.
The core should be ready for a simple prototype, we just need some more 
plugins.

I think we should try to have this prototype running in at most 2 months 
from now
(therefore we have to keep it very simple). I'm somewhat stalled with 
developing the core as
long as the other parts are not in place...
