How to use plugins via GIMP command line

Hi,

I'm new with GIMP, I working on image correction batch processing 
that corrects barrel distortion and I found this adobe plugin called 
Panotool. I plugin to GIMP and it works with the GUI but I need it 
to do in command line and in the backgound. 

Need Help Urgently...
