Font in Win98

All TrueType fonts are Unicode fonts, in the sense that they are accessed using the Unicode character code values as index. Not in the sense that any individual font would cover all, or even most, of Unicode, of course. Is "sans CE" the name of an actual font? Or what? What is your actual problem?
