Newbie Questins

Hi Everyone,
I know there is probably some very simple solution to these questions 
and I'm stuck so any help would be very appreciated.

On my system I have:
C:\MSYS
C:\MinGW
C:\gtkWin32

I have pkg-config in the base gtkWin32 directory but get the 
following error when compiling a simple gtk+ app.

sh-2.04$ gcc -Wall -g iv.c -o iv `pkg-config --cflags gtk+-2.0` \ 
`pkg-config --libs gtk+-2.0`
gcc.exe:  -LC;C:\MSYS\1.0\GTKWIN32\lib: No such file or directory


I know pkg-config sends the correct flags from these two comands:

sh-2.04$ pkg-config --cflags gtk+-2.0
-IC:/GTKWIN32/include/gtk-2.0 -IC:/GTKWIN32/include -
IC:/GTKWIN32/lib/gtk-2.0/include -IC:/GTKWIN32/include/atk-1.0 -

Where is the problem?


The other question is that when I compile the app with a standard 
makefile and include all the libraries myself it compiles file, when 
I try to run the app the following error is produced when I use 
pixbuf to load a jpeg image:

Unable to load image-loading module: C:\GTKWIN32/lib/gtk-
2.0/2.2.0/loaders/libpixbufloader-jpeg.dll: One of the library files 
needed to run this application cannot be found.
