I actually think that there should be a gtk-win32-devel list for people
interested in problems which occur on Windows and not on linux.  If people
have problems and general queries about how to do something with GTK, they
should use the gtk-app-devel list.  If people on the gtk-app-devel list get
tired of hearing about win32 problems, then we can consider creating a
separate list but I dont think that is or will be necessary.

The point is that GTK should be seemless across Windows/Linux/BSD/etc...
If there are things that are supposed to work on windows which don't (and do
on Linux, for example) then people can turn to the gtk-win32-devel list.

I don't think this will be the case, and I believe we should take one step
at a time.  The gimpwin-dev list doesn't have as high volume of traffic (as
say the gtk-app-devel) and creating TWO separate lists is just too much in
my opinion.  If people do get tired of hearing about win32 problems in the
gtk-app-devel list, then perhaps we should create another list.  1 step at a
time I think.
