It's not that bad....

I am not in the pre 1.0 universe. I have for
a variety of reasons been out of circulation.
But I have been recently been talking to
friends in the art and publication about
the neatness of open source.

They do get a little shaky when they see
things like those "will I tried to do this...
and the following stuff happened..." but I
have seen the same things happen with
expensive pay for it software.

Anyway sorry to take everyone's time
with silly messages like these. I will
go back to lurking and in awhile try
to build the latest and greatest and see
what happens. So far I have done enough
neat art stuff that I have people interested.
Hopefully I will feel confident enough
at some point soon to essay a mini-manual
on GIMP for windows. Perhaps especially
degined for art types.
