Pango Font size under Windows.

I have compiled my application for windows with no problems, but the
customer is slightly offput but the size of the font not being in standard
with the Windows font sizes (by default).  I think this is because Windows
font sizes are not the correct size in line with how linux represents sizes.

Is it possible to change the font size (e.g. in /etc/pango/pango.aliases)
for the whole application without adding code for each control to change the
size of the font ??
