That's the way the GTK 1.3 installer does it and that's the way I did my 
2.0.6 installer.  Then I set the applications path to the /bin and /lib 
directories.  I guess I would say to use the lib directory for 
consistency.  Unless there's a good reason to have it differently.  Sounds 
like we are going to wind up with the same installer :-)  If you make 
these changes, maybe I'll just mirror your download.  I originally put up 
the 2.0.6 one because I think you only had the 2.0.3 version available.
