RE: Performance issue with new gtk 2.0 for win32

I know that is not true, my original problem with the slowness was with Windows NT4. I have since tried Windows 2000 with a p4 2ghz 256RAM and it is ok, however, the load time of the 600 entries into the treeview is now the same speed as it was before with v2.0.6 of gtk and at times can be a little jumpy. I would expect this sort of behaviour from the p2 333mzh machine i have. And As Allin says, the menus are jumpy to, and that is definitly NOT right. I tried RE-COMPILING against the libraries too, and that makes absolutely no difference. > -----Original Message----- > From: J.
