I have tested some of these installers and I give my comments...

When you launch this exe, a box appear but you don't know what it is doing...

This one is up to date. It's an InnoSetup package. It's clear but it is 
targeted for Dev-C++. Interesting anyways...

I agree with this. Moreover, this may facilitate developement of GTK+ apps.
