gtk_window_move and gdk_window_move

gdk_window_move has the following comment:

/* SetWindowPos uses non-client coordinates, we have client
 * coordinates. Thus offset them.
 */

Yet the msdn docs for SetWindowPos claim:

X - Specifies the new position of the left side of the window, in 
client coordinates.

The result is that if I get coords using gtk_window_get_position and 
then use gtk_move_window with those coords, my window will crawl up 
and to the left.
