Re: Filters missing after upgrade to 2.4.2

So for plugins folder, it has:

C:\Users\rnewpol\.gimp-2.4\plug-ins
C:\Program Files\GIMP-2.0\lib\gimp\2.0\plug-ins

which looks correct to me. For th scripts folder, it has:

C:\Users\rnewpol\.gimp-2.4\scripts
C:\Program Files\GIMP-2.0\share\gimp\2.0\scripts

which also looks correct. Also, as I mentioned before, I have tried
both an upgrade from 2.2 as well as complete uninstall (includiong
deleting the users directories) and fresh install.
