New User

I have just downloaded Gimp.  When I try to use the help files I get
the message 'helpbrowser.exe message   Please install the additional
help package or use the online user manual at http://docsgimp.org/' 
As a technical novice can anyone tell me how to install this
additional help package? I have Windows Vista.
