Bugs in GM 1.1Beta1

It seems that in spite of the advertised testing, GM 1.1Beta1 contains
some bugs.  The known bugs are:

  o Delegates subsystem not consulted while reading image for
    modules-based  builds.
  o Lockup under Windows while executing external delegate program.
  o Lockup under Windows in Magick++.

These bugs have already been fixed in the GraphicsMagick-1_1 branch in
GraphicsMagick CVS.

It seems that a Beta2 package will need to be prepared sooner than
expected.
