Much to my dismay, several bugs were found in 1.1Beta1. I created a
1.1Beta2 to presumaby solve all of those bugs, but 1.1Beta2 did not
turn out to be a proper solution, so now there are 1.1Beta3 source
packages available from
"ftp://ftp.graphicsmagick.org/pub/GraphicsMagick/beta".

For Windows, GraphicsMagick uses WaitForSingleObject() in several
places. The Windows documentation warns that this API may be unsafe
for GUI applications and recommends using MsgWaitForMultipleObjects()
instead. Unfortunately, I have not yet found a way to use
MsgWaitForMultipleObjects() which works properly for every
permutation. 1.1Beta3 has reverted back to using
WaitForSingleObject(). If someone has experience with how to use this
API so it works properly for both console and GUI applications, I
would like to hear from him.

1.1Beta3 Windows packages will appear over the next day or two as I
find time to prepare them.
