[SPAM] What is the status of Perl API for ActiveState Perl 5.10?

I have been working on an image scanner application for the last few months
(Fopydo.com). I used ImageMagick and PerlMagick because it supports
ActiveState Perl 5.10. I would like to look into GraphicsMagic and it Perl
API but as far as I can see Perl 5.8.9 is the latest supported version.

 

Please let me know if Perl API for ActiveState 5.10 is available.If Perl API
for ActiveState 5.10 is not available I can volunteer my help -  I know perl
well. Please let me know either way.
