These parts (GUI and ImageMagickObject DLL) were already removed from the setup installer for the CVS HEAD version. I have achieved excellent success with the TDM version of MinGW which can be downloaded from "http://www.tdragon.net/recentgcc/". However, if ActiveState is compiled with "MinGW", it may be compiled with older MinGW which uses a GCC 3.X version.
