Resize filters

Hello.

I'm trying to experiment with the various filters for image resizing,
but no matter what I select, the default Lanczos is used. I've confirmed
this by setting MAGICK_DEBUG=All, and noting that all imgs produced
share the same md5 checksum, regardless of the filter I chose. If I pick
a filter outside the bounds of the enumeration, I'll get an assertion,
but if I pick a legal value, it doesn't seem to be honoured. Suggestions?
