If this fix is for libpng 1.5 support, then it seems it would not be 
needed since Glenn says that this support is already in place.

I assume that all the patches are as listed at

   http://pkgsrc.se/graphics/GraphicsMagick

The fix was done by taking png.c from the GM development snapshot.
