Error in API documentation.

The current (incorrect) API is listed as:

unsigned int LevelImageChannel( Image *image, const char *level,
                                const ChannelType channel, const double
                                black_point, const double mid_point,
                                const double white_point );

In fact, there is no "const char *level" to be passed. The correct API is:

LevelImageChannel(Image *,const ChannelType,const double,const double, const double),

w/o the second "char *level" param.
