GraphicsMagick gives wrong output when converting GIF to PNG

Hello,

I've searched GM's website & SourceForge repository for where to report a
bug, but haven't found any link for that, so this email is my last option.

I have found a specific GIF image that when applied a simple conversion to
PNG, GM gives the wrong result.

When I add any parameter, the output given by GM is correct even if the
parameter doesn't change anything about the image. I do not know whether it
is a problem with any lib GM's using or a problem within GraphicsMagick
itself.
