Bugs may be reported via the SourceForge page at 
https://sourceforge.net/p/graphicsmagick/bugs/.  I think that you will 
log into your SourceForge account and use the "Create Ticket" button 
on that page.

It is wise to verify that the problem occurs with the current release 
since we can't fix old releases.

I would guess that the image will be ok if you write to any other 
format and that the issue is related to the PNG writer.

What version of GraphicsMagick are you using?
