RE: Memory leaks & memory access errors

I should mention that it may be possible for the Unix-style build
environment to support using VS build tools.  This would require that
Cygwin or MinGW's MSYS shell be installed.

Most Windows users like IDEs and GUIs so the Unix configure script
solution would no be popular.
