Deadlock in Windows GUIs fixed

Thanks to Vladimir Lukianov, the latest GraphicsMagick source
snapshot, and both 1.1 development and 1.0 CVS, include a fix for
deadlocks encountered in Windows GUI programs.

Apparently the WaitForSingleObject() is not safe to use in Windows GUI
programs (due to implicit concurrency), but
MsgWaitForMultipleObjects() is.

Please let us know if the fix causes any problems.
