As of this evening, GraphicsMagick has 'O' (opacity) and 'T'
(transparency) map options.  The 'T' map option does the same thing as
the previously existing (and still existing) 'A' option, but its
meaning should be more clear.

The constitute tests still pass.

Let me know if you experience any problems.

If you can tell me the map strings that TclMagick uses, I can add a
special case to make it faster.
