These options are used for a string which is repeatedly parsed by the
API.  For the command-line interface, we should be compatible with the
options provided by the existing -channel operation:

  "Choose  from:  Red,  Green, Blue, Opacity, Matte, Cyan, Magenta,
   Yellow, or Black."

Feel free to add additional channel-level operations if you like. :-)

I am not a fan of calling the opacity channel the matte channel since
while it can be used as a matte channel, it is really a full-range
transparency channel.
