updates for OpenVMS

Hi All,

I updated the VMS support for GraphicsMagick. The files I changed (against
today's CVS version) can be found on my web-page

   http://nchrem.tnw.tudelft.nl/openvms/software2.html#GMagick

All changes are minor. Actually the same sort of changes were needed in the
present version of ImageMagick.
