Image orientation attribute

GraphicsMagick does not currently support an image orientation 
attribute.  An image orientation attribute would record that the image 
is upside down, etc.  It seems like it should support this.  TIFF, 
DPX, Cineon, EXIF, and likely other formats, support the notion of 
orientation.  Should we add a new Image member and enumeration to 
support orientation, or should it be a text-based key/value attribute?
