We should maintain both for a while if not indefinitely.  We should
also provide a pointer somewhere to http://www.7-zip.org where people
can get the decoder.

The uptake of *.7z for ImageMagick is promising after only a week of my
adding them to the distribution at SourceForge.  On the other hand, almost
no one is downloading *.lzma.  We only get about 3 hits of each version,
which I think is only the people who download the entire file set to a
mirror.

I also added *.lzma and *.7z to the libpng distribution the other day.
Again, *.7z is more popular than *.lzma.
