I also run the ftp.imagemagick.com ftp site, which sucks up bandwidth. 
It pains me when I see this:

20630 ftp      [  9h8m] ( 65%) RETR windows/ImageMagick-6.3.8-10.zip

% ls -lh windows/ImageMagick-6.3.8-10.zip
-rw-r--r--   1 ftp      ftp          29M Feb 19 15:07 windows/ImageMagick-6.3.8-10.zip

I pity the poor user who suffers for most of a day to download just 
one huge file.  Hopefully the transfer is due to an automated mirror 
rather than someone with a whole lot of patience.
