I compiled without perl, but although openmp is compiled in according to gm
help, I get results like this running the script from your previous mail:

Threads 1
Results: 1 iter 0.01s user 0.01s total 100.00 iter/s (100.00 iter/s cpu)
Threads 2
Results: 1 iter 0.01s user 0.01s total 100.00 iter/s (100.00 iter/s cpu)
Threads 3
Results: 1 iter 0.01s user 0.01s total 100.00 iter/s (100.00 iter/s cpu)
Threads 4
Results: 1 iter 0.01s user 0.02s total 50.00 iter/s (100.00 iter/s cpu)
