That was a typo on my part.  Perl wants 'make test'.  Sorry about 
that.

However a related issue is that the GraphicsMagick RPM spec file has 
not been updated to deal with this change.  It is still possible for 
the spec file to take responsibility for building and installing 
PerlMagick.  Please advise.
