GraphicsMagick Windows snapshots available.

I popped out some new GraphicsMagick 1.2 Windows snapshot packages. 
They may be downloaded from 
"ftp://ftp.graphicsmagick.org/pub/GraphicsMagick/snapshots/". Please 
feel free to try these out and let us know if anything needs to be 
improved.

There are two DLL-based snapshot packages to choose from.
