I have a pretty complicated graph which contains nested clusters, by running dot I got a lot of virtual 1, virtual 2...... errors. As a result, all the nested clusters are overlapping each other. Does anyone have any idea how to prevent or solve this? I attach the dot input file here: workflowgraph.txt <http://graphviz.996277.n3.nabble.com/file/n3902/workflowgraph.txt> -- View this message in context: http://graphviz.996277.n3.nabble.com/How-to-prevent-overlapped-nested-clusters-with-dot-tp3902.html Sent from the Graphviz - Interest mailing list archive at Nabble.com. _______________________________________________ [email protected] http://lists.research.att.com/mailman/listinfo/graphviz-interest
