There are various viewers for the immediate display of Graphviz output, 
ZGRViewer being a nice one.
There is a list of some of these on the Resources page 
http://www.graphviz.org/Resources.php.

If you just want a quick one-liner to see your output, you can use 
-Tx11, which will display the output
in a new xterm.
