The video1394 kernel driver has been removed in Linux 2.6.37.
firewire-core's ioctl ABI differs from video1394's.

Unless you find a DV sender that is solely libraw1394 (plus perhaps
libiec61883) based, you either need to dig out an old kernel, or
forward-port video1394 to your current kernel, or write a
<linux/firewire-cdev.h> based DV sender...
