"Perl and GraphicsMagick"

Perl is one of the most popular programming languages for studio 
production pipelines. It's used as glue code to integrate separate 
proprietary and commercial programs. GraphicsMagick seems similar to 
ImageMagick but has superior support for studio image file formats such 
as DPX.
