We have been running Slackware for over 4 years and it has meet our needs. We 
use it both in our turnkey DDRs and all of our desktop/laptop systems.  The 
servers will get updated if and when they ever need it.(they kinda just keep 
going)........

It's an easy distro to install and use and provides us with everything needed 
(no need to install additional libraries)  You might want to give it a look.
