Thanks Erik - Apparently they've requested uncompressed quicktimes???
(seemed odd to me)

Main reason we're after batching is to save manually running through a
whole heap of sequences as we often have a lot of shots to deliver.

Can't remember the exact error - will rebuild the file soon to check,
but it was something about the format not being recognised. Haven't
tried the quicktime player.

I'd seen examples where people used sgi and the help mentioned them
somewhere too (though I don't remember exactly where as they're about
a million different combinations of flags you can use in mencoder).

Ramona:- These are 16bit SGI files so perhaps this is part of the issue??
