Hi All, We're looking for a software based player for image sequences. Just need to be a basic read frame disc and play type arrangement, no need for edit lists etc. Framecycler's cheap version insists on caching to ram, which we don't want, but DDS is a bit over the top for playback. Anyone have a suggestion for something linux based? Free as in speech would be even better. The main format we're likely to need to deal with is dpx, but if it's a gpl player that doesn't support it I'd happily add that and upstream it myself. Cheers, Alan. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Splunk Inc. Still grepping through log files to find problems? Stop.
