Look at your local community college for a Linux course. It's amazing the =
amount of technical and IT courses that many of them offer for a very low f=
ee.

If you want to do it on your own, I recommend the "Linux Quick Fix Notebook=
" by Peter Harrison. Or the "Red Hat Certified Engineer Linux Study Guide" =
by Jang to learn how to install and configure your own Linux system at home=
. Or you can order a computer from Dell with Ubuntu Linux installed.

Once you have an installed Linux system, then I would recommend going to Bo=
rders or Barnes & Noble, ordering a huge cup of coffee and reviewing the Li=
nux books to see which style of writing appeals to you.

There is also a lot information and manuals on the internet, if you want to=
save money in exchange for spending your time on searching.

If you are really truly new to Linux, I do recommend a class as it is reall=
y nice to have someone there to help you with the sticky points.

UNIX and Linux are Operating Systems written by programmers for programmers=
. So it is a little bit different than Windows and takes a little bit of e=
ffort to get used to.
On the other hand it took me awhile to get used to Windows. :-)

Could anyone please update me on the requirements
below. I do not have experience working with this. How
could I be trained in this area?

Thank you
