You seem to be good at trying to flame on personal personalities.
If you want positive comments you can ask and check the logs of #mcf and 
you'll see a lot of them. You can also browse the forum if you don't 
have enough.
You should also learn that if I agree I see NO point to discuss it. But 
if I (or whoever) disagree that's where the conversation start.

Yes, but after a vote no discussion is possible. While when you have 
PROVED something noone need to discuss anymore. That's what I call 
frustration in the case of voting.
