I want to ask Tobias Waldvogel to join the MCF team and drop working on OGM

Just to inform you :

Blacksun promised to talk to Tobias about stopping work on OGM and joining
the MCF team instead.

I am convinced OGM is dead end, especially now as Monty is doing everything
different for Theora/VP3, even dropping the now-existant VfW interface in
VP3, and even wants to make his own codec handling API, being XipH specific
( not-invented-here syndrom ).

Ludovic, please can you come back to me if you had the chance to talk to
Tobias about this issue ? I feel he could be a perfect addition to our team,
especially with respect to his great background in Dshow and subtitles.
