An addition to the website

"Phoenix displays a site's favicons by default. Mozilla introduced this feature
way back in the 0.9.x days and changed it several versions later to only display
the favicon if the web page specifically links to the favicon with a meta tag
string in the body of the site. The majority of sites have favicons but still
don't include the meta tag to tell the browser it exists and Mozilla usually
displays just the generic url icon for most sites."

We should add the favicon.ico file on the site root and also add the meta tag to
the layout.
