Uh ? Why did you move the thread to mcf-devel Steve ? Was this by purpose or
coincidentally ? I dont think this question is directly related to the
development of MCF, but more like '.....do we want to do it, and can we
offer him something working based on what we have....' , therefore i chose
mcf-general.

Steve, this codec doesnt have b-frames at all i guess, its not based on
anything similar to MPEG standard if i understand correctly.

But as i understand it he has to load more than one frame into buffer ( read
about his problems with memory allocation ) for encoding, this makes VfW
impossible IMHO. Talking about MCF, he simply would like to put the frames
into the container in a certain order i guess. libmcf should be capable of
supporting this ?
