i think you're wrong with this ... the ß wont be completely replaced...it's 
still used in some words (not as many as before) and ins some names it is 
too still there....it's all about the pronounciation... eg. the word "Spaß" 
is still written with it because "Spass" would sound completely different 
if you'd say it loud ...  ;)
