OK,

the guy cleared things up. Only MPEG4IP can use RSTP protocol for now, while
icecast is using HTTP / TCP protocol. Strange though, instead of improving
icecast to acceppt the ( weaker ) protocol, he is hacking Vorbis into MP4
container ... tss tss ...
